With seven areas of specialization, the core PGDM course prepares future leaders-managers to operate in a dynamic business environment and build a strong foundation for a sustainable business. Leadership and strategy are strongly emphasized throughout the course. Along with key management aspects, it considers current trends and transformations, including entrepreneurship and social responsibility.

FIIB offers 3-year Doctoral programmes approved by AICTE in two modes - the Fellow Programme in Management (full-time) and the Executive Fellow Programme in Management (part-time). The programmes are designed to cater to the research and academic needs of innovative, dynamic, and focused individuals who aspire to advance their careers in teaching, research, or the corporate sector with an advanced research degree in management.

The Centre for Executive Education (CEE) at FIIB is aimed to cater to the dynamic need of knowledge sharing. Continuous change and evolution in management practices in all practising domains led CEE at FIIB to design, develop and deliver the optimum sized training programmes for working professionals, practitioners, researchers, trainers and knowledge seekers. These programs are crafted to tap the applied needs of management domains or organizational requirements. The programmes at CEE focus on developing individuals and organizations as a whole.
