JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager - Executive Education

Open Position: 1


The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing strategic business relationships with organizations and other potential Customers for Executive Development Programs offered by FIIB. He/she should take the lead in the development of new business opportunities that support FIIB’s overall growth strategy. In this key position, he/she will identify potential business opportunities, build and maintain key customer relations to achieve established sales goals and implement business development initiatives that maximize and grow the FIIB footprint and generate bottom-line revenue for the Centre for Executive Education at FIIB

Roles and Responsibilities-

  • Develop new business opportunities for Executive Education at all stages of the sales cycle including targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions.
  • Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations and pitches that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of FIIB’s Executive Development Programs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to continuously grow the business and generate sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with the decision-makers of target companies
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation of sales strategy
  • Coordinate and assist the conducting and delivery of the Executive Development Programs
  • Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
  • Prepare and present business reviews and reports to the senior management team on a regular basis.
Skills/Competencies –

  • Goal-Oriented - Has written business goals, has written strategic plan, writes compelling SMART goals and is committed to them; knows what must be done and why, has a developed action plan and follow the action the plan, has determined possible obstacles and has a plan to deal with the obstacles has checkpoints and debriefs daily, and continuously monitors sales closures.
  • Clear Communication – Creates and sustains ongoing forums that encourage two-way communication opportunities; demonstrates and promotes positive prospect, client, and work relationships; proactively address and manages conflict and disputes; works to achieve constructive resolution.
    • Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; Response well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings.
    • Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.
  • Sales Acumen - Doesn’t take things personally, knows what to say or do at the appropriate time; Is cool under pressure and is prepared for whatever the prospect or client does or says; Doesn’t strategize "on the fly", doesn't over-analyze, and stays in the moment; Asks thoughtful questions, displays effective listening, demonstrates product value; Is tenacious, maintains continuous contact with prospects and clients to establish need(s); Demonstrates effectiveness in linking product features/benefits to prospect or client needs.
  • Results Orientation – Makes fact-based decisions and follows through to completion, analyses and uses data to achieve sales goals, drives execution, initiates action and follow-ups to successful completion, effectively demonstrates how solutions will solve prospects or the client’s problem(s), continuously conducts post-call debriefs and performs pre-call strategies.
  • Collaboration - Effectively builds and maintains partnerships with clients, prospects, and people at all levels across the company. Contributes to team and company success. Maintains flexibility and reacts to change appropriately. Communicates and shares information with the candour that builds trust and enhances relationships.
Experience -

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience (preferred in Education Industry) with a proven track record of achieving targets. Ability to travel for client meetings.

JOB TITLE: Editorial Associate, FIIB Business Review

Skills Set Required -

  • Excellent English Language
  • Basic Research Knowledge such as Citations, References, Journals, and Publishers
  • Knowledge of MS office and Digital Media
  • Team Player and Target Oriented
  • Focused with Gleam of Logic
  • Data acquisition from websites and management of data (mainly information about the authors, reviewers, editorial board members, perspective target audience)
Tasks to be performed -

  • Maintain Tracker/database of
    • Manuscripts
    • Reviewers
    • Editorial Board
    • Call for Paper
  • Plagiarism check for manuscript
  • Provide Tracker information to Editor or any other stakeholders as and when required.
  • Send mailers for promotion/CFP
  • Collect abstracts for Editorial
  • Provide acceptance letters to authors and reviewership/Editorial Board letters whenever required
  • Provide information for ranking, indexing
  • Make quarterly MIS, provide information for Director Report, etc
  • Hard copy maintenance and distribution of hard copies
  • Maintain soft copy of issues
  • Identify names to database for CFP and Send mailers for promotion/CFP
  • Design flyer and letters
  • Coordinate with authors and help submission of manuscript
  • Coordinate with Sage Team on papers in production/under review
  • Coordinate with authors and Sage with final proofs and ensure the papers are published online timely
  • Ensure quality of proofs and suggest changes
  • Finalize Table of Contents
  • Ensure timely publication of the issue
  • Organize Editorial Advisory Board Meetings
Eligibility –

The candidate should have a master’s degree (preferably full-time MBA) with research or admin experience for two years. Candidate pursuing Ph.D. or planning to pursue Ph.D. will be preferred.

JOB TITLE: Data Entry Operator

Job Description -

  • Report Making -Pull out reports basis relevant data maintained.
  • Database Management- Creating, maintaining and enhancing FIIB records.
  • PPT creation and preparation of Minutes of the meetings.
  • Data and record Management and Staff Support.
  • Provide record keeping and statistical reporting services.
  • Maintaining files and personnel database.
  • Drafting and Creating Various Reports for the accreditation work assigned by the Registrar office or concerned person
Desired Skills -

  • Good Knowledge of Word, Excel , PPT & internet;
  • Good English Communication.
  • Should be able to draft reports, email and prepare minutes of the meeting.
  • Should be able to maintain records properly.
  • Good in written and communication skills
  • Can handle pressure and has an eye for details.
  • Hardworking , Punctual and Disciplined
  • Flexible in accepting work.
Essential qualifications/requirements –

Graduate with minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience.
