Tasks to be performed

  • Maintain Tracker/database of
    • Manuscripts
    • Reviewers
    • Editorial Board
    • Call for Paper
  • Plagiarism check for manuscript
  • Provide Tracker information to Editor or any other stakeholders as and when required.
  • Send mailers for promotion/CFP
  • Collect abstracts for Editorial
  • Provide acceptance letters to authors and reviewership/Editorial Board letters whenever required
  • Provide information for ranking, indexing
  • Make quarterly MIS, provide information for Director Report, etc
  • Hard copy maintenance and distribution of hard copies
  • Maintain soft copy of issues
  • Identify names to database for CFP and Send mailers for promotion/CFP
  • Design flyer and letters
  • Coordinate with authors and help submission of manuscript
  • Coordinate with Sage Team on papers in production/under review

The candidate should have a master’s degree (preferably full time MBA) with research or admin experience of two years. Candidate pursuing PhD or planning to pursue PhD will be preferred.

JOB TITLE: Trainer

Job Description - He/she should be expected to:

  • Assess training needs through student interactions, focus groups, or consultation with placement department, faculty mentors, or industry representatives.
  • Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and Career Preparatory Program for students
  • Offer specific training programs to help students maintain or improve employability skills.
  • Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures, computer based training software.
  • Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
  • Ensuring successful delivery of the Career Preparatory Program and monitoring the performance of the students.
  • Creation of a mechanism of Continuous assessment of the students, training partners and training effectiveness.
  • Identify, engage and build long term relationships with trainers/partners/industry experts for conducting training /various activities and events.
  • Counselling and Motivating the Students. Drive Student Mentoring Program at FIIB
  • Ensure Interview Preparedness of the students and their Success in final Placements

Job Description

  1. Device and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
  2. Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
  3. Oversee all technological operations related to software, hardware, and network.
  4. Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software
  5. Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
  6. Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
  7. Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts
  8. Troubleshooting on Windows, Microsoft servers, Network, printers, and various IT assets

  • BCA/B. Tech/B.Sc. in IT, engineering or relevant field; MSc/M. Tech will be a plus
  • Proven experience in IT or similar role (1-3 years)
  • Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems, servers, and their specifications
  • Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, etc.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication abilities

JOB TITLE: Head - Alumni Relations

Job Overview

The Alumni Relations - Head will develop and implement strategies that most effectively engage alumni in the life of FIIB. The Alumni Relations - Head will help create and offer meaningful programs and services that advance the mutual interests of the alumni body and the institute. S/he will strategise integrated alumni engagement programs that result in a vibrant, growing pipeline of alumni society by creating synergies through events and communications. S/he will develop sophisticated metrics that measure ROI, engagement, and brand awareness. The Alumni Relations - Head should also have an overall eye on measuring the interconnectedness among alumni engagement, admissions, student engagement and placement.

Roles & responsibilities
  1. Strategise, direct, implement, and monitor programs and projects to promote alumni relations through various channels.
  2. Develop, sustain, and strengthen alumni chapters and focus on establishing and maintaining life-long connections.
  3. Originate and devise a strategic calendar plan and activities for alumni groups - identifying and cultivating volunteer leadership, developing strategies for the success of each group, and supporting their events and activities.
  4. Plan, develop, and execute promotional events and partnerships that raise the visibility of FIIB and the Alumni Association among constituents across the country.
  5. Oversee the Alumni Cell activities to achieve consistent messaging and branding through all activities.
  6. Provides vision, leadership, and oversight to the Alumni Relations Cell and its committees, and other partners and committees to plan and execute the vision and strategy of related to alumni engagement.
  7. Plan and engage Alumni in educational programs, including lectures, seminars, live projects, and workshops.
  8. Generate reports, proposals, and analyses for management that include monthly budget, periodic reports on alumni activities to reflect relevant data gathering and analysis, and post-event reports and recommendations.

At least five years of successful experience in alumni relations, which includes an acknowledged work history showing creative productivity and strategic leadership is required, however, a similar experience in public relations or a related field in which the candidate can demonstrate a successful track record may be substituted.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Graduate/Post Graduate degree in creative writing, journalism, English, or related field preferred
  • Two to three years’ experience writing for an agency or business.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs
  • Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO
