JOB TITLE: Head - Alumni Relations

Job Overview

The Alumni Relations - Head will develop and implement strategies that most effectively engage alumni in the life of FIIB. The Alumni Relations - Head will help create and offer meaningful programs and services that advance the mutual interests of the alumni body and the institute. S/he will strategise integrated alumni engagement programs that result in a vibrant, growing pipeline of alumni society by creating synergies through events and communications. S/he will develop sophisticated metrics that measure ROI, engagement, and brand awareness. The Alumni Relations - Head should also have an overall eye on measuring the interconnectedness among alumni engagement, admissions, student engagement and placement.

Roles & responsibilities
  1. Strategise, direct, implement, and monitor programs and projects to promote alumni relations through various channels.
  2. Develop, sustain, and strengthen alumni chapters and focus on establishing and maintaining life-long connections.
  3. Originate and devise a strategic calendar plan and activities for alumni groups - identifying and cultivating volunteer leadership, developing strategies for the success of each group, and supporting their events and activities.
  4. Plan, develop, and execute promotional events and partnerships that raise the visibility of FIIB and the Alumni Association among constituents across the country.
  5. Oversee the Alumni Cell activities to achieve consistent messaging and branding through all activities.
  6. Provides vision, leadership, and oversight to the Alumni Relations Cell and its committees, and other partners and committees to plan and execute the vision and strategy of related to alumni engagement.
  7. Plan and engage Alumni in educational programs, including lectures, seminars, live projects, and workshops.
  8. Generate reports, proposals, and analyses for management that include monthly budget, periodic reports on alumni activities to reflect relevant data gathering and analysis, and post-event reports and recommendations.

At least five years of successful experience in alumni relations, which includes an acknowledged work history showing creative productivity and strategic leadership is required, however, a similar experience in public relations or a related field in which the candidate can demonstrate a successful track record may be substituted.

Job Overview
  • Organizing reunions for alumni members.
  • Arranging networking events.
  • Promoting the alumni community to current students
  • Responsibility for the alumni website and online community

  • Developing Alumni Networks in India and abroad and leveraging to fulfill Institutional goals

Job Overview
  • Assist the Corporate Communication Team on creating innovative design and ideas.
  • Participate in internal marketing meetings and provide creative and art input/concept boards on relevant projects and mock up proposal.
  • A sole contributor on all the graphics and design duties in a fast-growing team
  • Participating in various design projects from concept to completion
Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with the Corporate Communication to discuss and determine layout design.
  • Work for conceptualization, design and production of collaterals including newsletters, websites, digital/social media creatives, web banners, and promotional campaigns for print and web.
  • Responsible for delivering real time designs relevant to social media platforms which engages the audience (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.)
  • Create superior, original designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts for the web.
