Prof.Bhajneet Kaur

Prof.Bhajneet Kaur joined FIIB on November 02, 2020. She has done BCA, MCA, MBA and submitted her Ph.D Thesis on crime analytics and prediction. She carries herself with strong academic background and also received university topper award in her Bachelor programme. She has more than 8 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Computer science, Information Technology and Management. She has also been invited as a resource person in various faculty development programmes (FDPs) and workshops in the field of Data Analytics, research and IT tools on different topics like Data Analytics using Python, Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Educators, Cross-Sectional Data Analysis Analysis, Advanced Research Methodology, Interpretive Structure Modelling, Data Science and Machine Learning.

Before joining FIIB, She was an Assistant Prof. at Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies, GGSIP University New Delhi for nearly 8 years and alsoworked as a faculty with Mahan Institute of Information Technology (MIIT), New Delhi for 6 months before that. Her areas of teaching and research are Information Technology Management, Research Methodology, Quantitative techniques, Business research Analytics, Management Information System, Data Analytics & Prediction, Data Mining, Machine Learning. Apart from academic and research responsibilities She has also worked as co-convener of International conference, In-Charge of Annual Cultural Fest, In-Charge of Annual Theatre Fest, Chairperson and member of various Clubs and committees like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Cultural Committee, Total Quality Management (TQM) Club, Action Research Forum (ARF), Guest Lecture In-charge, Department Event coordinator, Additional Skills Acquisition (ASA) Program coordinator, Editor for the proceeding of National Conference on cyber security.

Her research works got published in various International journals and proceedings, Most of them are indexed in Scopus like IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, Bentham Science, Inderscience and Taylor & Francis.
She has conducted many workshops & faculty development programmes (FDPs) in the field of Data Analytics, research tools and IT tools.
She is also working as a guest editor for International Journal of Public Sector Performance Management, InderScience Publishers. Also worked as an editor for International book namely Researches on Happiness and Performance management, Lambert academic publishing, Germany. Also working as Guest Editor for ‘Cybernomics’, peer-reviewed magazine by Scholastic Seed Inc for its4  publications (May, June, July & August, 2020). She also invited as reviewer for the book Algorithms for Intelligent Systems (Springer Publications). She is also worked on an industry project in the field of Data research Analytics and Prediction.
