It is designed to be lived, practiced, and measured. SIP Mela 2026 marked the culmination of FIIB\u2019s Social Internship Program (SIP), a 15-day immersive engagement where 291 students collaborated with 29+ Social Sector Organizations (SSOs) and CSR partners to address real-world challenges aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs 4, 5, 8, and 9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event brought together students, faculty, alumni, industry leaders, and social impact partners to showcase research-driven solutions across areas such as gender equity, disability inclusion, sustainable livelihoods, waste management, education access, and enterprise development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learning That Precedes Earning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Social Internship Program reflects FIIB\u2019s philosophy that leadership must be grounded in responsibility.
