Garima, take us back to the beginning\u2014what did you expect from your MBA, and how did the experience evolve?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When I started my MBA, I expected it to be largely academic\u2014learning frameworks, understanding concepts, and then applying them during placements. But very early on, I realised that the structure here is very different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s designed as an <strong>MBA with internships and live projects<\/strong>, where you\u2019re constantly applying what you learn. Whether it was working on marketing strategies, analysing brands, or engaging with real business problems, the shift from theory to practice happened almost immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That changes your mindset\u2014you stop preparing for the future and start building it in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Q. You\u2019ve worked across multiple roles\u2014from marketing to business development. How did these experiences shape your learning?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Each experience added a different layer to my understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Casita, I worked on <strong>student journey mapping and lead conversion optimisation<\/strong>, which helped me understand how customer behaviour translates into business outcomes. During my time with House of Amara, I explored digital marketing and SEO, while my role at RoadVision AI exposed me to business development and market research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What made the difference was that these weren\u2019t isolated internships. They were part of a larger <strong>MBA with internships and live projects ecosystem<\/strong>, where every experience builds on the previous one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So when you study something like segmentation or positioning in class, you\u2019re simultaneously applying it in a live context. That\u2019s where real learning happens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Q. Many MBA students work on projects, but your profile reflects consistent hands-on exposure. How did the curriculum support this?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A big part of it comes from how the curriculum is designed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At FIIB, a significant portion of learning is experiential\u2014through live projects, simulations, and internships. You\u2019re not just studying case studies; you\u2019re solving actual problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, I worked on <strong>STP and competitor analysis for Cadbury and value proposition analysis for Dyson Airwrap<\/strong>. These projects required structured thinking, but also creativity and market understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is where an <strong>MBA with internships and live projects<\/strong> really stands out\u2014you\u2019re constantly testing your ideas in real scenarios, not just writing about them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Q. Tell us about your Corporate Internship experience. How critical was it in shaping your career path?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Corporate Internship Program was a turning point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s a <strong>12-week, full-time immersion<\/strong>, and you\u2019re treated like a professional, not a trainee. You\u2019re expected to contribute, present your work, and deliver outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That experience gives you clarity\u2014about the role, the expectations, and your own strengths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More importantly, it builds confidence. By the time you sit for placements, you\u2019re not speaking hypothetically\u2014you\u2019re speaking from experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s the advantage of pursuing an <strong>MBA with internships and live projects<\/strong>\u2014you enter the placement process already industry-ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Q. You\u2019ve also worked on social impact initiatives. How did that influence your MBA journey?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>My internship with the TWEET Foundation was very different from my corporate experiences, but equally important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I worked on <strong>fundraising and community engagement aligned with UN SDGs 5 and 10<\/strong>, which gave me exposure to stakeholder management in a completely different context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It made me realise that management is not just about business outcomes\u2014it\u2019s also about impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That balance between corporate learning and social exposure is something I found very valuable during my MBA with internships and live projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Q. You were also part of the Student Council and major campus initiatives. How did that contribute to your development?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Being part of the Student Council (SPAC) and working on platforms like TEDx and Manthan taught me things you can\u2019t learn in a classroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019re managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, handling pressure, and making decisions in real time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At FIIB, student-led initiatives are taken seriously\u2014you\u2019re not just participating, you\u2019re leading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This kind of exposure complements an <strong>MBA with internships and live projects<\/strong> because it builds leadership alongside functional skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Q. How did the integration of AI and new-age tools impact your learning experience?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>AI is a big part of how we learn now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve worked with multiple tools for research, marketing, and analysis, which makes the learning process much more efficient and relevant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It also changes how you approach problems\u2014you start thinking in terms of data, automation, and scalability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In an <strong>MBA with internships and live projects<\/strong>, this becomes even more important because you\u2019re applying these tools in real business contexts, not just learning about them theoretically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Q.
