AI and big data is the fastest-growing skill through 2030, and employers expect 39% of workers&#8217; core skills to change by 2030.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>GMAC:<\/strong> in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gmac.com\/market-intelligence-and-research\/research-library\/employment-outlook\/2026-corporate-recruiters-survey-report\">Corporate Recruiters Survey 2026<\/a>, based on more than 620 recruiters surveyed between January and May 2026, technology, AI and data-analysis skills grew the most in importance, while communication and adaptability rose to the top of the list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Employers are not choosing between technical and human skills; they want both. A curriculum organized only around subjects struggles to deliver that combination. It rebuilds how they are taught, practiced and assessed.
