On this note, our campus came alive with conversations that matter during <em>Say It With Pride: Changing Workspaces, Changing Minds<\/em> \u2014 a day that made us pause, reflect, and reimagine what inclusive leadership looks like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Starting the Day on a Powerful Note<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The event was hosted by <strong>Mansi (Co-Head, Girl Up FIIB)<\/strong> and <strong>Anushka (VP, Student Life)<\/strong>, who welcomed everyone with energy and purpose. They reminded us that inclusion is not an add-on to management education \u2014 it\u2019s at the very heart of becoming responsible leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tone was beautifully set by <strong>Prof. Kokil Jain<\/strong>, Dean \u2013 Research &amp; Outreach, who spoke about embedding empathy and inclusion into the DNA of leadership, and by <strong>Ms. Aditi Arora<\/strong>, Country Head \u2013 UN Girl Up India, who encouraged students to see themselves as changemakers in their own right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Learning from NAZ Foundation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The highlight of the day was an interactive workshop by the <strong>NAZ Foundation<\/strong>, one of India\u2019s pioneering nonprofits working for LGBTQ+ rights and gender equality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Led by <strong>Mr. Sahil Choudhary<\/strong>, the session was anything but a lecture. Through stories, activities, and honest conversations, he pushed us to think about what allyship really means. It wasn\u2019t just about policies or awareness \u2014 it was about empathy, about catching our unconscious biases, and about creating spaces where everyone feels they belong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stories That Stayed With Us<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The most impactful part of the day was hearing the lived experiences of our inspiring guest speakers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ashish Chopra<\/strong> (HR professional at Google &amp; co-founder of BeUnic) shared how being authentic has shaped his journey as a recruiter, drag artist, and entrepreneur.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Saad Alam Khan<\/strong> (Senior Manager, VIVA Social Communications) spoke about embracing his identity as a queer Muslim professional and the courage it takes to use your voice for change.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sonali Dutta<\/strong> (Founder, Youmanize) reminded us that workplaces are about humans first, job titles second \u2014 a simple but powerful truth.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each story was raw, real, and a reminder that representation and visibility can transform not just individuals but entire systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conversations That Moved Us<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The day wrapped up with a panel discussion moderated by <strong>Prof. Snigdha Malhotra<\/strong>, weaving together the voices of all our speakers into practical, actionable takeaways. From empathy to allyship, from storytelling to advocacy, the discussion gave students a roadmap of how to lead with both head and heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event closed with <strong>Ms. Pratishtha from Girl Up India<\/strong>, whose words left the room buzzing with inspiration: inclusivity isn\u2019t a distant dream \u2014 it\u2019s something we can practice every single day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Walking Away with a Promise<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By the end of the day, one thing was clear: <em>changing workspaces starts with changing minds<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Mansi and Anushka summed it up in their closing note, FIIB students aren\u2019t just preparing to be industry-ready \u2014 they\u2019re preparing to be \u201chumanity-ready.\u201d And this event was one more step in that journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because when we <em>say it with pride<\/em>, we don\u2019t just talk about inclusion \u2014 we live it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At FIIB, we believe leadership isn\u2019t just about managing businesses \u2014 it\u2019s about shaping workplaces where people feel seen, respected, and valued for who they truly are.
