As the name suggests, our Career Management Centre is much more than a Placement Office. If our 1,500+ recruiter relations is a testimony of the industry’s confidence in us as a high quality talent provider, our 2,500+ strong alumni spread across continents and companies is a testimony to the quality of talent we have been able to provide them as employees and entrepreneurs.
At FIIB we prepare our students for a career and not just a job by developing in them an analytical mind, the right attitude and a spirit of goodness backed by academic excellence. We also lay great emphasis on imparting the right ethics and values to our students. Graduates of all domains from Delhi-NCR and other geographical regions come to FIIB for its learning rigor and focused faculty attention. We also constantly collaborate with our industry partners to transition our students from the campus to the corporate world.
We follow a well-structured 5-step career development process for each student which is designed keeping in mind the aspirations of the individual students. Our career preparation process is rigorous and focuses on a holistic development of each student, where all the three areas of learning (knowledge, application and experience) are closely linked with each other to provide an overall progression to all the students.
Our students are exposed to various experiential learning programs like Social Internship Program (SIP), Corporate Internship Program (CIP), Guest Speaker Series, Industry Visits, Live Projects and Guided Independent Study (GIS) that mold their skills into action plans. These opportunities enable our students to rub shoulders with the real corporate leaders and managers and understand the changing business scenarios and challenges.
