Dr. Shubhangini Bhalla

Prof. Shubhangini Bhalla is a management educationist and Ph.D in the field of Emotional Intelligence with 12 years of work experience. As a HR specialist, she has been involved in strategic and results-oriented Organizational Development & Change Management initiatives, Performance Management, Assessment Centres, Management Development including conceptualizing and delivering training programs for enhancing individual / organizational effectiveness in various organizations. Her doctorate in the field of Emotional Intelligence has found noteworthy acclamation in various International journals, conferences and book chapters. As a trainer, she has established learning modules that assess the advantages of developing
emotional intelligence to deal with organizational stress and increasing organizational commitment. A graduate from Delhi University- Miranda House college, she finished her management studies with Human Resources as her specialization. She has worked with the Tata group before starting her journey as a researcher and educationist. She has also taught at management courses at I.P university and Jaypee Business school She is extremely passionate about establishing the relevance of social and emotional intelligence for developing new age business leaders. Having a myriad of teaching experience in full time engagements, as of now, she is serving as an adjunct professor at IBS Gurgaon and visiting various other B schools such as Narsee Monjee Institute of Management studies, Mumbai and FIIB, New Delhi. She has recently been awarded for excellence in teaching in the Online mode by IBS-Gurgaon.
