Unresolved conflicts can negatively impact personal and professional relationships, leading to resentment and explosive behaviors. Developing conflict management and negotiation skills is essential to manage conflicts and negotiating effectively. FIIB’s Executive Development Program aims to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to handle conflicts constructively and implement conflict resolution practices in organizations.

Join FIIB’s uniquely designed Executive Development Program on February 25, 2023, from 10 AM – 1 PM IST to learn how to manage conflicts constructively, deal with emotions, and implement conflict resolution practices in organizations. Participants will also be able to discuss the management and pre-planning, conducting critically, and closing of negotiations.

Program Details: Date, Time, and Program Takeaways:

The program will be held on February 25, 2023, from 10 AM – 1 PM IST. Participants will learn how to identify warning signs and prevent or minimize conflicts when to intervene and approach conflict resolution conversations, and how to improve their conflict management style and reactions. They will also learn how to constructively use differences of opinions and conflicts, leading to growth and creativity.
