The Centre for Executive Education (CEE) at FIIB creates and conducts training programs for working professionals that enhance their skills to drive growth in their organizations. CEE offers both Open and Customized EDPs spanning various business functions and seniority levels.

We understand the importance of being prepared for the volatile business world, and that’s why each program is designed in close consultation with the industry as well as our program experts. CEE helps executives build or enhance their strategic as well as managerial abilities, understand their roles better, solve real-time challenges, and coach them to be more efficient.

Blended Learning Format

Changing equilibriums of the current workplaces demand a training format that offers deep insights into business problems and practical skills that help them solve them with the flexibility of learning from anywhere. The ideal solution lies in Blended EDPs. The Trainer will set the context via Face to Face or virtual classroom and the employees use the online resources available on the platform to do projects, assignments, participate in Discussion forums, break out groups, etc. The trainees then reassemble again either Face to face or virtually (digital classroom) on the platform to complete the training.

During these one / two days intense programmes, participants will expand their business acumen in key areas while benefiting from the expertise of participants from a wide variety of industries, functional areas, cultures, and geographical regions.

Our Open EDPs topics centre around key business fundamentals like Managerial Effectiveness, Team Building, Cost Management, Sales & Marketing skills, Management of Organizational Change, etc to emerging issues like Big Data, Creativity & Innovation, and Leadership, Digital Media etc. These programmes are in the nature of ‘open-enrollment’ courses with participation open to all practicing/experienced managers and/or executives.
