Experience of Corporate HR, Behavioural Training, Teaching (HRM, OB, Ethics, Behavioural Science, Business Communication & skill training), External Examiner, Quality Accreditation, Accreditation Writing and Editing (for NBA, AACSB), Academic Administration, Research, Review and Editing. Worked in the capacity of Dean of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Management Programmes interfacing with Foreign Partner Business Schools. Presented and published papers on ‘Compensation Management’, apart from writing for leading dailies like HT and TOI. Competency in spoken/written communication and report writing.
