Not only India but major economies of the World are opening its borders to benefit from this economic paradigm shift. With PGDM in International Business, one can pursue a career in international finance, global marketing, international trade, and economic development.
The field of Operations Management involves planning, organizing, and overseeing the organization’s processes to balance revenues and costs and achieve the highest possible operating profit. Some of the key focus areas in this field are supply chain management, product design, forecasting, quality control, and delivery management. These tracks are categorized based on industry bifurcations, and have different skillset requirements. The students are empowered to pursue their preferred track having acquired the necessary skills through the course.

HR is a diverse field that revolves around major employee processes throughout their lifecycle and further expands to the behavioural aspects of employees, building and managing teams leading to building firms effectively. The human resource management domain has been redefined over the last few years due to technological interventions across the globe. From exploring the micro & macro environments to advanced business research, problem-solving & adapting business strategies to suit complex and volatile environments, the strategy area helps prepare a student to evaluate a holistic journey of a business, the path then may be leading to contribute towards organisational growth as an employee or taking on self-started entrepreneurial ventures.
