Prof. Piyush Gupta
Prof. Piyush Gupta is the Assistant Professor in the Operations Management area at FIIB, New Delhi (joined 5 th July, 2019). He is also pursuing Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Management Ranchi in Operations Management. His research interests include Service Operations Management (SOM), Service Performance Management, Discrete event simulation modelling (DESM), MCDM techniques (i.e., TOPSIS etc.), Research methods (i.e., regression analysis, SEM, conjoint analysis etc.). He has published papers in International Journal of Retail & Distribution Mnagement (ABDC – A), Information Technology & People (ABDC – A) and International Journal Of Productivity and Quality Management (Scopus). He is NET-CSIR and GATE qualified. He is also an alumnus of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad.
