Shuchi is a result-driven training & development and human resource professional with 12 years’ experience, profoundly impacting performance through the design of personnel training programs for the reform, enhancement, and advancement of students & organizational objectives. She is an accredited Trainer from ICS India Limited and a Certified Counsellor & legally affiliated with Counsellor Council of India. She has certification for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from VIMHANS
She has successfully designed and implemented training sessions and experiential workshops on Change & Stress Management, Team Building, Time Management, Goal Setting, Public Speaking, Emotional Intelligence, and Mental Health. An alumnus of Delhi University she did her graduation in Psychology and went on to attain three Masters Degrees in the field of Psychology, Human Resource and Business Management respectively. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral Degree with the research focus on exploring the cultural dimensions in start-ups. As an educationalist, she has been associated with several Institutes such as Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies, Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management & Research, Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, and Institute of Management Studies YMCA, Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies, NBA Group of Institutions, Jagannath Institute of Management Studies. She has also had the opportunity to be a campus to corporate trainer in Training & Placement Cell of BVCOE, Delhi. Over the time that she has worked with numerous undergraduate and graduate students as a research mentor and closely advised students on their research projects. At times she has found herself in the position of a guiding her students as a counsellor to handle the challenges of life. As a trained counsellor she is able to help them resolve pressing issues on the well-being of the students.As an educator, she strive to engage, challenge and inspire growth in students. It is her belief that every student has a unique set of skills which makes them capable to reach their fullest potential. Her vision is to instil students with the passion for becoming collaborators in the exploration of theory, research, and practice in their chosen fields.She hold herself to the same standards that she hold her students. That is, she strive to become a skilled thinker and learner, and she believe that this process is life-long.
