International Management Conference (IMC) is a signature academic and scholarly event at FIIB that focuses on to bring forth the ‘Advances in Management through Research, Innovation & Technology’ (AMRIT). Suitably called and organized under the theme of AMRIT, the conference is in its 6th year and has become a milestone in FIIB’s journey of fostering excellence in research  and is counted amongst the most awaited academic conferences within the researcher’s and practitioner’s communities.

The mainstreaming of research in ‘management practice’ has radically changed the nature and structure of products and services and produced a new breed of innovation culture, catering to the universal ideal of a ‘sustainable growth’ which is all-pervasive and eminent in nature, quality and impact. Accordingly, IMC lays a lot of emphasis on ‘interdisciplinary research’, a trend which promises new insights and innovations rooted in cross-disciplinary collaboration

6th International Management Conference – 2020

FIIB’s 6th International Management Conference (IMC) will be conducted in the virtual mode from 16th-18th December 2020. It aims to bring together academicians, researchers, and practitioners in the quest of knowledge and hopes to spark the will of being a seeker among them.

While the previous 5 events of IMC were highly successful and delivered the objective of bringing together scholars, researchers, industry experts and talented students at the FIIB campus to enlighten them with the ever-burning torch of knowledge, this year the focus is on adapting to the new normal and encourage the launch of AMRIT in a virtual mode. Accordingly, we expect a much wider and international academic and researcher fraternity presence this time for knowledge sharing, sustainable learning and an ever-lasting relationship building.

This year, FIIB is also introducing a Research Clinic and Doctoral Consortium (RCDC) to IMC in order to strengthen the doctoral scholar community. The purpose of the RCDC is to facilitate budding scholars, senior researchers, industry practitioners and policy makers in their research by way of a conference. Given that IMC is a great platform which offers networking opportunities with other academicians, experts, peers from all round the world, the benefits of attending the doctoral consortium in this conference is huge.

The global experts who will be speaking in the four specially-curated workshops of IMC have served the teaching and research community for years. They have vast experience of publishing in top-category international journals as well as handling them in the capacity of editors and mentors.
