Responsibilities:
●Report Making -Pull out reports based on relevant data maintained.
● Database Management- Creating, maintaining and enhancing FIIB records.
● PPT creation and preparation of Minutes of the meetings.
● Data and record Management and Staff Support.
● Provide record keeping and statistical reporting services.
● Maintaining files and personnel database
● Drafting and Creating Various Reports for the accreditation work assigned by the Registrar office or concerned person
Requirements:
●Excellent Knowledge of Word, Excel , PPT & internet;
● Good English Communication.
●Should be able to draft reports, email and prepare minutes of the meeting.
● Should be able to maintain records properly.
●Good in written and Communication skills
● Can handle pressure and has eye for details.
● Hardworking ,Punctual and Disciplined
● Flexible in accepting work.
● Graduate with minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience
