FIIB Conducted Management Development Programme For Banking Managers

To fulfil its commitment of nurturing future leaders with the right skills set, FIIB organized a half-day long Management Development Programme for newly recruited managers of the banking sector on Thursday, July 11 at NIBSCOM. The theme of MDP was "Customer Service including Client Expectations and the role of soft skills" which helped newly recruited leaders to understand the client expectations by behaving in an assertive way.

With a core aim to indulge team building skills and make them ready for the leadership role, the expert trainers of FIIB took a more creative and interactive way of training. They divided the participants into different groups and asked them to perform three team building activities followed by employee engagement games. The newly recruited leaders liked this way of learning the management matras and also presented their ideas of leading in front of everyone.

Overall, the entire Management Development Programme was planned in a way to boost confidence in new leaders and make them aware of the evolutionary leadership tactics that will help them lead better in all the future endeavours.
