Home Programmes PGDM Admission Process

At FIIB, we welcome applicants from diverse academic, professional and personal backgrounds and examine all components of their applications to gain an insight and understanding of them as candidates. Our PGDM admission and selection process is holistic and rigorous, and we assess the candidacy of the applicant from their overall MBA readiness perspective.

We appraise and select candidates not just based on their management aptitude and academic performance but also on their industry desired attitude and personality traits such as communication and interpersonal skills, motivation and self-drive, teamwork and leadership qualities – attributes which will make them more ‘employable’ in the industry.
