Globally and nationally, COVID-19 has brought about a shift in perspectives. In this volatile world prone to disruption, it is vital to be flexible and willing to adapt. During these critical circumstances, FIIB has taken this pandemic as an opportunity to develop new and effective management practices and systems. Encouraging experimentation and innovation with new systems, standards and approaches to teaching-learning, we have worked to make our teaching systems more resilient so that we can respond quickly and effectively to such crises.
With the aim to increase community impact in a competitive environment, we have developed strategies & mechanisms to enhance education to construct a more efficient, accessible, and varied set of offerings for a knowledge-based society in the post-pandemic world. The list of advances made includes technological enhancements, process improvements, enhancements to program quality, training staff, digitizing our systems, and nurturing deeper stakeholder relationships. In order to produce effective learning outcomes, our curriculum and course content is designed with a variety of learning contexts, such as guided independent study, collaborative learning, project-based learning, and experimentation. With a system that matches the best practices, theories, resources, and standards, we aim to liberate each individual’s potential and graduate industry-ready professionals who will eventually contribute significantly to the business world.
