Call For Papers

With immense pleasure, we wish to share with you that FIIB New Delhi, India is organizing International Research Conference FRC 2024 on the theme “Rethink, Reimagine, Redesign Businesses for Meaningful and Mindful Impact” from March 04 to March 08, 2024 in the online mode. 

The constituent events of the conference include a shark tank style Research Grant Competition – RGC (14th October 2024), a Research Clinic and Doctoral Consortium focussed on doctoral students – RCDC (15th October 2024), a case writing competition Katastasi ( 14th October 2024) and various other research events organised by our three Centres of Excellence- CBI, CRM & CIET (14th -18th October 2024). The events include:

  • Keynote sessions
  • Panel Discussion
  • Workshops
  • Ideation Bootcamp
  • Research Paper presentations

The conference will have the participation of experts from many renowned universities and corporate leaders across the world.

The prospective authors are invited to contribute their high-quality, original papers, which have not been submitted earlier anywhere else. They are requested to submit their papers via the Microsoft Conference Management platform. 

We invite paper submissions from scholars and researchers around the globe in the following two categories –

Perspective Paper: The purpose of a perspective research paper is to contribute to the ongoing discourse on a specific topic and to provide a new perspective or insight into the issue. It is meant to provide a unique point of view or stance on the topic rather than presenting a comprehensive overview of all the research on the subject. It may be based on the author’s research or a synthesis of the existing research in the field and can include thoughts, opinions, and interpretations of the research. The perspective paper may focus on recent advancements and future directions to facilitate new thinking and discussion.

Research Paper: We invite academic researchers and doctoral students to submit high-quality theoretical and empirical papers on contemporary management issues. Submissions in the form of full papers or extended abstracts are welcome. For full papers, a word limit of 6,000 words will apply, and extended abstracts should be of 1,000 word count. 
The submissions will be reviewed and the selected papers will be invited for final presentation at the conference. Best Paper Awards will be given to the papers presented in each of the three tracks of FRC2024, based on the decision of the Conference Chairs, Session Chairs, and the Review Committee.

The conference’s sub-themes provide a diverse array of avenues for exploration. These encompass a broad spectrum of ideas, including but not limited to:

Submission Guidelines

  • Only original and unpublished research works are invited. Any submission which is identical or substantially similar to work already published, under review for conference or publication, will not be considered.
  • When submitting, please include a separate cover page with the title and all authors’ contact details (email, university affiliation, full address, and 50-75 word biographies of participating authors). Do not include any author-identifying information or exceed the word count indicated for each type (including references, tables, etc.). Submissions should follow the APA style of referencing. Start the manuscript’s first page with the title, an abstract of no more than 100 words, and 3-5 keywords.
  • On the cover page, please identify the track that you are submitting your paper for. Please see the Sub-Themes and Tracks Section of this website for information about the three tracks that are included.
  • All submissions to be made using the conference management tool link that will be sent to the authors upon registration.

  • For Doctoral Scholar: Rs. 4000 for all 5 days & Rs. 1500 for one day
