MENTORSHIP EXPERIENCE
In the CMP, our alumni serve as mentors, selected based on their proven track record and ability to positively influence students. The program emphasizes a collaborative approach where both mentors and mentees engage in meaningful dialogues, share experiences, and work towards achieving professional goals. Mentors dedicate at least two hours per month over three months to support their mentees, guiding them through challenges and celebrating their successes.
Key Features of CMP
- Structured Engagement: Mentors and mentees participate in an orientation session to understand program objectives and expectations. Regular check-ins ensure that both parties are aligned on goals.
- Personalized Development Plans: Mentees craft Forward Action Plans detailing their aspirations and areas for growth, while mentors assign Stretch Assignments that challenge students to apply their skills in real-world contexts.
- Final Presentation & Recognition: The program culminates in a showcase where mentees present their learnings and achievements, receiving feedback from mentors and celebrating their progress.
